“Find Care” Tool Helps Identify Health Systems in Colorado That Support Patient End-of-Life Choice

(Denver – April 11, 2017) Compassion & Choices has launched a new Colorado “Find Care” tool to empower residents to find and choose health systems and medical teams in their area that support patient choice under the Colorado End-of-Life Options Act.
